Journey & Vision

My name is Aleks Mladenov;  Born in Oryahovo, Bulgaria, moved to Italy as an immigrant with my mother at the age of nine, quickly realizing that challenges could shape me into a stronger and more capable individual. Excelling academically, I mastered Italian, which opened doors to new opportunities. In 2016, I was recognized as one of the top students in my school and was selected for an Erasmus program, allowing me to study and work in London.

During my time in London, I worked at Zafferano (Knightsbridge), where I gained firsthand experience of the city’s fast-paced environment. I later discovered my passion for dance, becoming a licensed Zumba instructor and teaching in elite health clubs such as Body Works West Notting Hill, The Hurlingham Club, and Virgin Active Chiswick Riverside. Additionally, I pursued a career in hairdressing, managing Jackie & Co Salon in Kensington Olympia and refining my skills through advanced training in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Fluent in Bulgarian, Italian, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I have always been driven by communication and cultural connection. My passion for Latin music and dance has been a core part of my identity, inspiring me to transform it from a hobby into a profession.
